This one makes me want to sing a little John Denver.
Country roads, take me home...
This is from last November - it's covered with snow now.
But I'm thinking I'll be riding my bike here in the Spring.
I'm joining Rurality blog hop at The View from Right Here
Thanks for dropping in!
this looks like a great little road for a bike ride! and now you've got me singing that song...i suppose it's better than that awful taylor swift "we are never, ever, ever" that has been rattling around in my head all morning lol
ReplyDeleteI would love to take a drive down that road on a warm summer evening with the windows rolled down.
ReplyDeleteLooks like the road between here & a small town north of here, Piedmont, except for the mountain on the left! =0
ReplyDeleteI like that song, good song! =)
What pretty scenery- a nice place for a walk or a drive too.
ReplyDeleteI love that song! I have many lovely memories singing it at the top of my lungs driving down roads like this one. Thanks for the GREAT memories!
ReplyDeletelove the ribbon of road with those mountains alongside!
ReplyDeleteLove this! I also sing songs to my pictures. I really don't belong in the mental ward...just listened to music all my life, so certain things jolt musical memories. When we are riding around looking for our memes photos, I often take pictures of the road...because some of the roads are just photgraphic themselves. I haven't posted them, but have thought about having one post of just some of the roads I have taken.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful country road! Looks like the perfect place to ride your bike in the spring :)
ReplyDeleteSerene and peaceful country road ~ Great shot!
ReplyDeleteCarol of (A Creative Harbor) ^_^
This shot gives me a peaceful, happy, fuzzy feeling.
ReplyDeleteYou seriously don't know just how much this stretch of road looks just down the road from me here in Wild, Wonderful West Virgnia! :)
ReplyDeleteYou couldn't have chosen a better shot to associate with the song.
