I admit it - I'm fascinated with cows
and I just couldn't resist stopping to see this cutie standing right next to the fence.

Our weekend guest, who was beginning to notice this fascination,
asked - "Karen, has anyone ever told you that you have cow brain?"
asked - "Karen, has anyone ever told you that you have cow brain?"
Me - "uhhhhhh, nope... - ummm thanks?"
My friend - she's probably right.
Yeah - she was only kidding... I think...
It was nice of him to pose for you. I have noticed that when I stop to photograph farm animals (especially cows & horses) that they will come closer for a better look at me.
ReplyDeletei don't find that odd at all ... i find myself thinking they are too cute as well. i enjoy (not sure why??!) i say to them all the time "moo" ... i think it mean "hello" in cow language... just being friendly. that's all. ha. ha!! ( :
ReplyDeleteWHat a beautiful cow!! I wonder if he/she has a name? My papaw used to have cows on his farm and I jused to love to watch them. Good times :)

ReplyDeleteI am too! There is something just so sweet about them and sometimes I swear there are emotions in those eyes! xo
ReplyDeleteHi Karen yes I love cows also. Their eyes are wonderful. when I go down to my 'old' caravan, there are cows, calves and usually a bull there and I always go and have a chat with them! Margaret
ReplyDeleteAwesome shot!
ReplyDeleteI wish I had big eyes like that....and those eyelashes are to die for! You captured the beauty of her, for sure.

ReplyDeleteCow brain? as long as it isn't Mad cow disease. :-} Nice photos
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, what a cute cow! I love how you can see the teeth. Great photo, Karen! I am a little obsessed with cows as well. We have some living in a field across from our property and when they are close to the fence I always head over there with my camera to see if I can get any good shots. My dream is to be close enough to pet one someday, but they always run away from me. I'll just have to get a cow of my own I guess :) And whenever I see little calves, I have to let out a squeal. Especially if they are running around having a good time. It's just too cute!
ReplyDeleteCows don't get half the credit they deserve. They're all curious.
ReplyDeleteCow brain or not, that's an awesome photo. I love it.
ReplyDeleteOh I agree, I love cows...they have such sweet faces and those eyes and eyelashes...we should be so lucky!! Love it!!
